Sparks Marina 14 miles

Back at the 2 mile loop around the Sparks Marina. I really like this path. Nice views of the lake, birds and my car and bathrooms are always close at hand. I usually make a couple extended laps around the Scheels store parking lot and side roads. Today's run of 14 miles averaged 10:10 minute mile pace, my fastest 14 miles to date. My knees sure felt tight and sore. Speaking of tight, I had to look odd out there with my full tights, head to toe. Nike Zoom Triax Structure 11s.
